Atisa’s Commitment to Community
Giving Back
At Atisa Consulting, we believe that business can, and should, be a force for good. That’s why we’ve committed to donating 10% of our earnings each year to local NGOs and community causes we believe in.
We also dedicate time and expertise through pro-bono consulting support, helping our partners build clarity, strengthen systems, and grow their impact.
Our focus is on the most vulnerable, especially children, women, and those facing health inequities. This is where our roots lie, and where we feel our contribution can make the most lasting difference.

Bana Ba Letsatsi
A safe haven for children and youth in Maun, Botswana who face life without stable homes, education, or support. Bana Ba Letsatsi provides critical services in rehabilitation, counselling, skills development, and advocacy.
We’ve proudly adopted them as our lead NGO partner, and our founder, Francesca Hird, serves on the Board of Directors, supporting their long-term strategy and governance.
Woman Against Rape
WAR
WAR provides essential services and advocacy for women and children affected by gender-based violence. From shelter and counselling to legal support and education, their work is vital to building safer, more equitable communities. We support WAR both financially and through awareness efforts.

Lesedi Medical Fund
Established in memory of Rukunde Lesedi Shanjera, this fund supports access to medical care for individuals in Maun who would otherwise go untreated. Run by Mmila Mela in partnership with Maun Private Hospital, the fund provides preventative care, diagnostics, and health education, with 100% of donations going directly to patient care.
Get Involved
We’re always open to collaboration, learning, and growing the way we give. If you’re a community-based organisation looking for support, or if you want to connect around shared values, we’d love to hear from you.
If you’re an individual or business who’d like to contribute to one of the causes we support, we’d be happy to guide you. Whether it’s a donation, time, skills, or visibility, every bit helps.
